Becca

Becca

‘We’d just be ourselves – all the time.’

This story starts with a meet-cute: Jacob and Laurie, patching up each other’s battered hearts.
Or.
This story starts with a break-up: Becca, losing her first love and oldest friend.

It’s about an ordinary couple chasing their dreams, falling in love, and nurturing a devouring, corrupting obsession.
Or.
It’s about an influencer on the rise, broadcasting herself 24/7 for an adoring audience watching her every move.

You’ll watch two people invite the internet into their relationship – but wait, no, not like that.
Or.
You’ll be part of a growing online fandom desperate to know the real her – but actually, no, not if that’s who she really is.

Do you want to be loved?
Or.
Do you just wish people would stop loving her?

How it works

BECCA is a hybrid play, which means you can watch in person or you can watch online.
If you join in person, you’ll be watching Laurie and Jacob.
If you join online, you’ll be watching Becca.
Both versions of the story are performed simultaneously.
You can watch just one version (and get one complete story) – or, if you’ve got time to join us twice, you can watch both (and get both sides of the story).
